These are the four core values that guide everything we do at Flashquad. We want you to be mindful of these, and bring them to life when using the platform. In doing so, Flashquad will become a space that fosters genuine and spontaneous connections. A space where you can be free to express yourself in a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. We created these Community Guidelines, along with the Terms & Conditions Privacy Policy, to protect the safety and privacy of our community. We take them very seriously, and so should you. By being part of Flashquad, youʼre agreeing to
these guidelines, which help foster a safe, fun, and welcoming space for all. We operate a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to user safety. Simply put, we are not afraid to take action against inappropriate behavior to protect the wellbeing of our community.
Before we get into the details of the guidelines, if you were to take away just two things from here, let them be this:
If you are acting or behaving in a way that you would not want done towards you or a loved one, you are probably breaking our community guidelines. So, please donʼt. Respect and care for others.
If you have to ask yourself if a profile photo or another piece of content is suitable, it probably isnʼt. Swap it out for something a little more appropriate. Okay, letʼs dive in!
Content and Conduct Policies

2. App Usage
Underage Users:
You must be at least 18 years old to join Flashquad. Please donʼt misrepresent your age. Itʼs not allowed, and itʼs not cool. Anyone found to be underage will be permanently suspended from Flashquad and unable to join again in the future. We may request ID verification if we suspect youʼre underage.
Non-Consensual Nudity and Sexual Content:
Any form of non-consensual nudity is strictly forbidden. We operate a zero tolerance policy regarding such content and behavior. It goes without saying, but donʼt share anything without first obtaining consent.
Child Sexual Exploitation:
Any content sexualizing or endangering children is strictly prohibited. There is nothing more important that protecting childrenʼs safety and well-being.
Bullying, Harassment and Abusive Conduct:
We have no tolerance for behavior or content that harasses, bullies, or targets individuals or groups.
Commercial and Promotional Activity
Looking to sell stuff like it's a marketplace? Flashquad isnʼt the place for that. Unsolicited commercial posts, ads, or spammy promotions are not allowed. Events and promotions are welcome only if they're part of a genuine listing meant to inform or engage the community—think concerts, workshops, pop- ups, and more.
Controlled Goods and Substances:
No buying, selling, or distributing illegal drugs, controlled goods, or substances. This includes e-cigarettes, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, or misuse of legal substances like prescription drugs, tobacco, or alcohol.
Hateful Content:
Everyone deserves respect. Content or behavior targetingindividuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, color, nationality, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, health status, or any other form of discrimination is strictly prohibited. Similarly, content that promotes or supports organizations, individuals, or others that encourage or condone hateful or discriminatory behavior is not allowed.
Impersonation and Misinformation:
Authenticity is core to Flashquad. Any form of impersonation including catfishing, and misrepresentation is not tolerated. Similarly, sharing false or misleading content is prohibited. We may remove information deemed likely to cause confusion.
Violent & Harmful:
or praises violence or harm in any form is strictly prohibited. Some examples of this include stalking, human trafficking, sexual violence, physical violence, terrorism, hate speech. Similarly, encouraging others to harm themselves or carry out hateful acts is not tolerated. Additionally, realistic depictions of violence are not permitted.
Suicide and Self-Injury:
Content promoting or praising suicide, self-injury, oreating disorders is not permitted.
Scams and Theft:
Any activity intended to defraud or manipulate members isprohibited.
Spam & Platform Manipulation:
The sending of unwanted and irrelevant content is prohibited. Attempts to artificially influence interactions or engagement through automation or scripting are prohibited. Finally, keep it to one profile per person.
Profile Guidelines
We think it’s important to include a section on profile guidelines, as your profile is a key part of building trust and authenticity within the community. Your profile is all about you, and therefore, should be an authentic true representation of yourself. Please make sure you respect all the Content and Conduct Guidelines listed above when creating and updating your profile. Impersonation is a big no go. Our team would love to be The New Avengers, but we keep that for Halloween.
3. Privacy Policy
User safety is our top priority. You, as a user, play a critical role in ensuring our community stays safe by reporting content or behavior that violates our guidelines. You can send us a safety report by doing one of the following:
From a user profile. Tap the settings menu in the top right corner and select ‘Contact Support’.
Via Email. You can write to us at contact@flashquad.com. Please put ‘Safety Report’ as the subject line so that we can prioritize your report.
Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting a report, including your username and the offending user’s username, along with any screenshots or videos.
If you’re not sure wether a piece of content or the behavior of another user breaks our guidelines, please report it anyway. We operate a better to be safe than sorry policy when it comes to user safety.
Enforcement Philosophy
While it’s not something we take pleasure in, we are committed to taking action against accounts not respecting our Community Guidelines. Don’t say we didn’t tell you.
If we find that an account has not respected our Community Guidelines, we may take either temporary or permanent action, including:

If you believe an action taken against your account was made in error, you can appeal it by writing to contact@flashquad.com. Please put ‘Safety Appeal’ as the subject line so that we can prioritize your report.
